      Hi, Nancy!

It’s been 12 years for me, too, since being diagnosed. And, I so understand what you’re saying. Personally, I am involved with TIRR for physical therapy, which has been a God send. I go twice a week, and they are helping me so much! I believe they are only located in the Houston and surrounding areas in Texas, though. I’m not sure where you live, so I don’t know if TIRR would be helpful.

However, I recently came across Trevor Wicken’s The MS Gym: Exercising with MS, which you can find online. I love him, and LOVE all of his exercises. You can also find him on Facebook. He is very personable, and his exercises are specifically for people with MS. I strongly encourage you to look into The MS Gym.

If you have access to a pool, I find swimming and exercising in the pool to be very beneficial, as well.

I hope this helps, and I wish you the very best! Please keep in touch, and let me know how you’re doing.
